Mate Certification Guide (Self Test Report Form included)

After you have created WCI or Skill with App Builder, you can apply for the 'Doosan Mate Certified' certification program. After filling out the attached self-assessment form and submitting related materials to prove the integration, we will give you a certification logo after review. Depending on the content of the related materials, we may request the submission of the products if necessary.

Certified products are always marked with the certification logo when showing the product on the Doosan Mate website, and the logo may also appear on your own marketing materials.

[ Criteria and Guide for Certification ]

Doosan Mate Certified Product : Doosan robot compatible products with WCI and/or SKILL support. And it is certified by Doosan.
- Test for certification can be done by either Mate company or Doosan Robotics.
  - Demo robot for development can be bought with huge discount. (Inquiry : devlab.robotics@doosan.com)
- Doosan robot specific user guide (installation and usage) should be provided
- The user interface should be done using DART platform (Teaching Pendant) with WCI and/or SKILL.
  - WCI and/or SKILL can be either default ones from Doosan Robotics or ones provided by 3rd party.
- The product and marketing materials of it can bear ‘Doosan Mate Certified Product' logo.
  - it is recommended to provide a web page to show Mate certified products and only Doosan robots.
Doosan Mate Certified Products which does not require WCI, SKILL and/or Teaching Pendant
- Purely mechanical products such as base mounts, TP covers, Robot Jackets, and dress Packs.
- Products depend on robot default functions and IOs such as safety devices.
- Utilizing controller API(DRFL) Library with on its own HMI, without using TP
- OLP software
- A complete solution for certain applications including Doosan robot or robots such as palletizing kit.
Doosan Mate Product (Compatible) : Doosan robot compatible products, other than certified.
- without WCI and/or SKILL support
- not certified by Doosan, no logo usage is allowed.
- most of the current products on the Mate site.

[ Guide to physical products ]
